Thanks to the combination of soil analyses with maps of relative yield potential it is possible to efficiently replenish the fertilizer in such a way that no zones with excess or lack of individual nutrients are created. It is the only system that seeks to balance individual fields in terms of nutrient supply while maximizing the investment in fertilizer.

The approach to pre-planting fertilization is based on the simple assumption of a balanced equation of the nutrient supply to soil - in places where there is a high yield potential and where the highest yields are reached, the nutrient depletion from the soil is increased. By analysing a large amount of data from our clients, we have found that in the best production zones there is a regular low supply of nutrients. This is due to the long-term uniform application of fertilizers without taking into account the consumption normative in the individual production zones. It is therefore very important to replenish individual elements into the soil again where there is a deficit or increased consumption. Based on soil analyses prepared on the basis of individual client's requirements by specialized laboratories and the map of relative yield potential is processed application map for optimal pre-planting fertilization. The dose is set according to yield and harvest normative of the harvested crop in the given production zone and subsequently corrected according to the supply zones from soil analyses. Nutrients are thus applied at the appropriate level and in the right places as needed. This not only saves fertilizers but also optimizes their use, which has an extraordinary economic benefit while optimizing nutrient supply across all production zones.

An important point in sampling is also the determination of the correct sampling points, which should be based not only on geography but also on the distribution of individual zones, which Varistar system takes into account and provides a more accurate description of individual hunt in terms of nutrient supply and up to 30% saving of consumption points compared to regular consumption in the sampling grid.
